RETURNS

If you purchase an item that you find is the incorrect size for your skates or person you have 14 days from your purchase date to return your item. Email hi@gemmadavis.com.au with your proof of purchase and reason for return. Return shipping will only be refunded if an item other than what was purchased is recieved. Exchanges are not available. If you have purchased the incorrect size you must submit a return and place a new order.

DURABILITY - TOE CAPS

Please note that hand crafted items will not have the durability of a pre-made or printed design. The vinyl decal has been applied to the inside of the toe cap to reduce scratching from external contact, and is heat moulded, but will wear with use like anything on your skates. If your decal is not sticking as well after time you can apply a bit of heat to the back of it with a hairdryer and press it down with a finger. These toe caps are best suited for skates that are used on flat ground. Park skating with these toe caps, or falling frequently will reduce durability, and the life of the toe cap.

DURABILITY - HAND PAINTED SKATES

Please note that handpainted items will not have the durability of a pre-made or printed design. The paint is sealed with several layers of clear varnish to protect as much as possible against rubbing or scratching but will wear with use. Handpainted skates are not ideal for skate park use or agressive style skating as regular falls and scrapes will scratch off paint. To preserve the design a clear matte varnish can be reapplied in the same way that a leather item might be preserved with regular polishing. You can also get in contact with me about repairs to scratched designs if you wish, for a small maintenance cost.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the criteria set out within these Terms of Trade. We reserve the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
