These hand made toe caps are protective and decorative accessories designed for roller skates.
Existing toe cap designs are generally simple, straight lined shapes, with the only variety reliant on different premade material textures and colours. I developed this new signature shape for my skate brand Slayrmoon.
They are made from thick vinyl with four custom cut vinyl stickers that are applied in layers by hand. The toe caps are then sewn together on a heavy duty sewing machine. The swing tags keychains are made from scrap material left over from the process.
Slayrmoon toe caps are sold on my website at slayrmoon.com and at market stalls held at skate events and gatherings.
